Whilst maintaining a cosy, traditional pub feel with a wide selection of premium drinks and ales, we deliver fresh food served every day, including lunch time deals and a Sunday Carvery. With al-fresco dining and a huge garden with bouncy castles it's the perfect spot for families. 

General Manager Charlie & Head Chef Nick both know their stuff when it comes to our culture and core values, having both been with Roseacre since the opening of The Lime Tree in 2015, they both definitely have a story a two to tell about their journeys along the way!!

Charlie started off her journey as Bar Staff at The Lime Tree, progressing to Team Leader and then Assistant Manager. She then went to spread her wings and used her role to support new site openings and do holding roles and supporting roles for GM's before she became a General Manager at The Dovecote. She is now using her skills and knowledge as General Manager at The Bull to propel it into a popular summer destination for family dining. 

Head Chef Nick has over 20 years experience in kitchens, and definitely knows a thing or two about organisation and motivating a team! Using his calming nature and natural leadership skills, alongside some cheesy dad jokes and motivational quotes along the way!! He has progressed a brigade of chefs into senior roles who he has took under his wing, including Ross the now Head Chef at The Lime Tree
