And that is the case with The Dovecote, gathering a team that is passionate about tasty, homecooked food, whilst delivering a great customer service, The Dovecote was the start of Roseacre. Serving food all day, every day, alongside a premium selection of drinks, The Dovecote is the place to go for a tasty lunch, a Sunday Carvery, or a special occasion. It also hosts popular events such as Dining with the Stars which is a firm favourite among guests.

Gary in the General Manager at The Dovecote. He started off as a GM Designate, covering and holding other Roseacre sites. Our personal and flexible approach to employment terms allows a healthy work life balance, whilst taking on a challenging GM role.

Amy is another example of how we take a personal, flexible approach to work. She started off as waiting staff at The Lime Tree, progressed through to a Team Leader and took on other management roles within the company before going on maternity leave. Returning to The Dovecote as a Team Leader.

Connor is also a member of The Dovecote's management team and is the heart of Roseacre culture. Having managed other sites including The Heathcote & The Bull during openings and transitions. Our team of dedicated staff love travelling round the company, meeting fellow colleagues and gaining valuable skills that develop them into their role.
