Our Head Chefs, Operations team and Company Director had a busy morning taste-testing ideas for our summer menu.
Sessions like this always lead us in exciting new directions, often creating new ideas along the way which we research and develop further.
At this stage of the planning, all ideas are brought forward, whether its an ingredient, a style or a whole dish; we are always looking for fresh ideas and don't want operational challenges to hold back our creativity.
